Picture Restoration

We are able to undertake restoration of prints, drawings, watercolours and oil paintings. Our many customers include museums and institutions as well as private individuals.

Your requirements may include cleaning up brown spotting from a print or a watercolour, repairing tears, or having an oil painting relined. Often browning in a picture can be caused by it being stuck onto an acidic backing and it is important that we remove the backing before any more damage is done.

Our restorer, Elaine Martin, has over 25 years experience and will be able to examine your artwork and advise on any suitable treatments.
